TIP #1 Foods with protein or meals can make you feel full and once digested you feel less sleepy and ready to get started or get something done .
TIP #2 Snacks like fruit and vegetables or others like my favorite would be nuts like almonds walnuts and cashews those are types of healthy snacks you can chew on before a meal.
TIP #3 Fruits and vegetables is good for balance in every meal you should have at least 1 fruit or vegetable did you know fruit and veggies contain more things to help you and not hurt you.
