                                                            Here we go.

 

Stress relieve #1 did you know if you get a rotten orange put it in a balloon and tie it and it will help you feel better of your worries.

 

Stress relieve #2 in the morning if you don’t feel so good get a wholesome breakfast start with fruit then something that will keep you on your feet.

 

Stress relieve #3 while you are doing you average daily stuff have a goal to eat at least 3-5 fruit or or vegetables no matter what it is.

Stress relieve #4 If you really want to be relieved please follow this blog site and please check out my girl Kristina’s way of  food thank you very much also please if and when you do follow you are not the only one so please go follow ever body else and they may or may not follow you back but ,
