Get out of bed #1 Did you know the night before if you bring a snack with you and it is not where your sleeping you can get your self to think about it more and more it will  get you out of bed.



Get out of bed #2  If you haven’t eaten anything you can get really hungry when you wake up your stomach is like are you serious like my stomach would seriously be controlling my body.


Get out of bed #3 If you are really motivational or you are really and strong about what you say make plans the next morning to get your lazy self up and go out for some breakfast or brinner .
