Step 1 give yourself a treat after you have done a long period of time away from junk food like my dad makes us home cooked meals for like pretty much the whole week and then on Saturday or Sunday we would go out to a fast food place.
Step 2 think of the food you are putting into your body how is it dangerous will I hurt you in a matter of time.
Step 3 some people like to procrastinate so do this for food make sure you are so busy you can only fit cooking into your schedule .
step 4 grab some healthy snacks and read all of my blogs and have a wonderful time doing so like i said my name is TYRA FLEMING and I am saying .
