So to start off i’m going to to give you some ways you can eat live and be healthy so we can now get into it.
Tip #1 So I do this every single every single night I go to sleep at 11 wake up at 5 and have a whole step plan until 7:30 so I advise doing so sometimes little things like waking up early to jogging to even making breakfast for yourself can make you happier and feel better .
Tip #2 Being successful can make you have a better day so small things in the morning can make you feel better or worse like having a good nights rest a really happy morning and a great afternoon to you being happy all day and those days are the best days.
Tip #3 If you are like my mom or any mom or even a young lady or older women and days just seem boring and no fun so that is why treating yourself to very nice days can be fun like taking off days and having the day to yourself .
Tip #4 Sitting in the most comfortable place possible and reading my blogs . So have a wonderful weekend and ,
