Hi my name TYRA FLEMING today we are here for another food blog .

So we all have our moments when we are super hungry and those other moments when you must be really tired and can’t get out of bed.So today i’m going to talk about what can help you get up.

GET UP ! #1 So there is a lot of tasty foods that may or may not give you the energy that you may need to start your day . So get up and have something on your mind like waking up and having tea or coffee ready for you to enjoy.

FEED ME FOOD ! #2 So we all have those moments when our stomach just won’t stop RUMBLING so we decide to eat snacks but, does that really fill us up well no so that is why eating certain foods can have you fueled up for your next approach to something .

GET UP ! #3 Sometimes setting your alarm to 5:30 in the morning waking up turning it off and going back to sleep is NOT going to get you in the morning I know I do it every morning like my alarm is so loud and I just want it to stop but, for me I have a list I plan to do every morning like 5:30 wake up 6:00 be dressed and I have myself rewarded by having a succesful morning every time and doing that has no space for me to FORGET or not bring something important.
