So hi my name is TYRA FLEMING here to bring another blog and yes if you haven’e read my other blogs please go right ahead literally the blog description is down below now today we’re going to talk about why people get so angry for no REASON.
Step #1 Address the situation if it bad or good you need to find out whats making you angry or sad if you get to sad you might get a little depressed or even get a case of depression if you get to angry your body mind and soul will be unhealthy because being mad all the time is not healthy for me or you.
Step #2 Tell someone you trust that can make you feel better or just give you a better understanding of what exactly you might need to confront . I know if I would ever be upset telling someone will calm you down or better relax your feelings.
Step #3 Give yourself some time during you day to say whats on your mind you can say its kind of like screaming for 5 seconds straight with no one in sight but, talking everything out and leaving the conversation up in flames will burn down how you feel and truly calm you because that’s what I did .
Step #4 Read my blogs you know having a positive person in your life ( me ) will calm anyone down .
