Hi my name is TYRA FLEMING and today I will be talking about how you can improve your schedule and get time to to be on time for food.
Step #1 Get the most important things done first if you need to run an go do something do it .
Step #2 if you have many important things to do pick the one that is the most closest to being due or timed out , but you can also choose by how it will benefit you or something your working on like per say my room is dirty but, I have to read for 30 minutes which should I do first . In this situation reading will benefit you and so will cleaning your room lets say its very early like 10 : 00 am and so in this case cleaning your room is priority then reading because you have all day to do it.
Step #3 Food is healthy for you lets say you have many many hours at the office until break what you can do is before you go to work prepare hour plans like every hour or so snack on some fruit or veggies don’t do this everyday then your going to get tired of it then dive into unhealthier foods.
Step #4 If you know whats absolutely good for you please follow like and take your time ask others to read my blogs and please have bbbbbeautifal day morning and night.
