Hey-yo my name is TYRA FLEMING and today I will really love to do this amazing blog post about what to eat before a big game or match maybe even a practice so lets get into it.

#1 This one may be a shocker but, anything thing that may keep you in a sqaut position. Lets be frank anything that is going to make you have gas should be a big no. Like burritos or chinese food anything with beans should be a no if you play football or basketball socker even you have to do a lot of running Bananas will really give you that boost of energy it will really help whether its in a field or on a court.

#2 This could be like an okay type of tip but, Carrots are very rich in nutrients are help you in life to make sure you are not on a high risk of cardiovasculer disease and when playing any sports and your blood is flowing you need to make sure all that blood can pump freely.

#3 You probably think this very good great even and tasty but, Strawberries are high in nutrients and packed and filled with vitamin C and for those who don’t know what vitamin C is it basically helps your body like if your sick you probably lacking vitamin C and when playing sports vitamin C is needed to help wounds get better and for your immune system and so playing sports you are using every ounce of your body to help you .
