Hey-yo my name is TYRA FLEMING and today we are going to be talking about 4 drinks you don’t drink before big game/tournaments so lets get started.

Tip#1 SODA, in general is bad for you but, it is especially bad for you if you are playing sports it causes dehydration and that causes a very tired body.

Tip#2 PROTEIN SHAKES because some tend to be loaded with unnecessary nutrient and lots of sugars.

Tip#3 JUICE for this reason whether its fresh squeezed or pasteurized and 8 ounce beverage of juice can set you back 150-160 calories and can lover your stability and because they are loaded with sugar to give it flavor.

Tip#4 BLOG TEA , don’t drink anybody else blog tea I got my own tea to share with you guys and tea is bad too sugar look what I did there please like and follow.
